REGISTRATION

Challenge commences September 3 until September 29, 2024

  • Step 1: Fill out this application form

    Step 2: Read enrolment email detailing the challenge. After reviewing, complete payment at the bottom of page.

    Step 3: Book your onboarding call and sign program contract (you’ll receive this email after completing payment)!

    Step 4: Wait for welcome email!

  • 1) 4 weeks of strength programming updated weekly

    2) 4 weeks of nutrition and macros updated weekly

    3) 1 accountability call per week

    4) Answering questions throughout the week, daily coaching access

  • $800 total program fee ($200 weekly for all of the above)

    All sales are final. No pauses, no refunds, no credit rollovers.

    If the regular program fee is not accessible, please note I reserve 2 sliding scale spots where you can pay what you can at a minimum of $250 up to the regular program fee.

  • Here’s what’s going to be required of you during our coaching together.

    1) Complete 4-5 workouts every week (4-5 hours a week)

    2) Take weekly before and after photos (10 min once a week)

    3) Log your nutrition daily (10 min before every meal, around 3 hrs per week)

    4) Share your experience on the completed workouts and nutrition logs (20 min per day, 2 hrs per week)

    5) Check-in with me after the program has finished to share a testimonial (10 min)
